Bass Guitar Soloists
I've been asked to join a band and im nervous that im not good enough?
Ive been playing guitar for over 3 years now and I'm in grade 10. A grade 11 kid I've met before, a bass player, asked me if I wanted to join his band. I don't know a lot of details about it but he wants me to be the soloist because their guitarist now is raw and new. I don't know if I'm good enough to join them, and I'm nervous. What to do?
Don't be nervous. I've been in bands. Played guitar for 4 years now. I play metalcore. Have a Ibanez RG3. Dont let the opportunity slip through your fingers. Trust me, it's way more fun playing with a lot of people than it is alone. Go have fun man.
