They do work with a little practice, but I would probably replace them if this guitar will be played on a regular basis. As far as playability goes, what do you expect from a 1960s Japanese guitar? The action is kind of high, the neck is nice and thick and it has a nice, raunchy sound. The steel reinforced neck looks very straight and it is adjustable. Overall, it would look absolutely amazing just hanging on the wall as a piece of art, or would make the perfect retro guitar for garage punks, surf rockers, psych heads, indie freaks and anyone who wants to be a real Rock Star.

There are a few scuffs here and there, but no serious damage. The case stored Barbie clothes for many decades and still smells a bit musty inside. Isn't that cool?

The belt was used and the buckle does have a few scuffs and scratches, but nothing that really detracts from the appearance. Pretty bizare stuff is for sale out there.
